Moulding We have a range of injection moulding machines from 40 to 850 tonnes with an average age less than 6 years. All machines above 70 tonnes are fitted with CNC robots. Material feed to our 19 machines is controlled by a central feed system and components from the very basic to the highly complex can be moulded in either the more commonly known thermoplastic materials such as ABS, PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene...etc or from a range of the more sophisticated engineering graded materials. Boddingtons handling small or large production runs and provide a complete manufacturing solution. Delivery is made by our logistics partner and we operate a number of kanban systems tailored to individual needs.
Automation When looking at the manufacturing process Boddingtons continue to make innovations by reducing waste, cutting lead times and ensuring the highest possible quality for every item. Using our 5 axis robots we can offer our customers automation, designed and manufacture on site ensuring a cost effective solution.
