Boddingtons are owned by Rubicon Partners, who are a specialist global acquirer of complex industrial businesses and acquired Boddingtons in 2000. Currently Rubicon owns 13 companies and in 2010 turned over £240 million.
Boddingtons’ injection moulding business is focused upon growth, specifically in the medical, defence and technical sectors and in 2010 it increased its offering by adding cleanroom manufacture to its list of competencies. It continues to strengthen its skilled workforce by adding competencies to meet its bespoke customers’ needs. Customer satisfaction, added value and technical excellence are its driving goals.
The state of the art facility, commissioned in 2005, incorporates the ISO13485 Quality System, which demonstrates its desire to deliver the highest quality standards to its customers. Its technical ability not only provides for quality components and devices, but also for the development of technical files and CE product marking, on behalf of its customers.
Its diverse range of moulding presses and flexible attitudes and practices, ensures Boddingtons delivers customer projects on time and on budget.
