Our business is to provide a complete service for thermoplastic injection moulding to companies who demand high standards of quality, precision and aesthetic appearance. In addition to moulding we have facilities for a range of added value services, such as ultrasonic welding, printing etc., and assembly work (including mechanical and electrical). We are approved to ISO 9001:2000.
All tool design is carried out in-house using Unigraphics and Pro-Engineer. Tool manufacture is project managed by Boddingtons Technical Plastics utilising lower cost sources where applicable. We also have a seat of Moldflow.
Employing over 100 people we have been in business for over 50 years and have recently moved into our new 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Marden, Kent.
